"Whats The Difference Between Molecules, Atoms, & Particles"
Whats the difference between molecules, atoms, & particles
Good Day..
Atoms means uncuttable and it is the smallest particle of matter. It is composed of subatomic particle such as, protons, electrons, and neutrons. Electrons carries negative charge which is located outside the nucleus of an atom. Proton carries positive charge and neutron dont have a charge which are both located in the nucleus of an atom.
Molecules - is the combination of two or more atoms of any elements that are bonded together chemically either (ionic bond, covalent bond etc).
Example: H2O
Particle - could be a small piece that composes the atoms, or a small part that consist the molecules. Or it could be a small part of any matter.
Example: hydrogen and oxygen are the particles that composed the molecule H2O
